How do I connect with a specific user?


If you go to the 'Connect' tab (under 'Networking') in the menu, you can find all of the users here. Click on their name to view their profile or send them a message




How do I send a message to a user?


If you go to the 'Messages' tab (under 'Profile') in the menu. Here you can send messages to anyone in event




Can I save videos and files to view later?


Yes you can. When you see a video or file that you want to save, you can either click on the download icon below the file to download it and save it to your device or computer (downloading videos is not supported). Alternatively, you can click on the 'Add to folder' icon and the file will be saved in your saved folder.




How do I access the files or videos I have added to my folder?


If you go to the 'User Folder' tab (under 'Profile') in the menu. This page will display any files or videos that you have saved. From here you can download them to your device or computer, or you can delete the file from your folder.




How do I register for an event?


All of the upcoming events are listed on the 'What's On' page. Here you can register for an event by clicking on the 'Register' button, or you can join the event directly by clicking on the 'Join Now' button.




How can I see what events I am registered for?


If you go to the 'Registered Events' tab (under 'Profile') in the menu, here you can see all of the events that you have registered for.




Can I book a meeting with an exhibitor?


Yes you can. If you go to the 'Book with Exhibitor' tab (under 'Networking') in the menu, you can select the required exhibitor from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can book a meeting through their stand by clicking the 'Book a Meeting' button. Once you have booked a meeting the exhibitor will need to confirm and you will then recieve a notification once it has been confirmed.




Where can I view my appointments?


If you go to the 'Booked Meetings' tab (under 'Profile') in the menu, you can see all of the meetings you have booked. You can also see the status of the appointment (pending, confirmed or cancelled) and download an iCal file or export the appointment to your Google calendar.




How does the Match Making work?


Once you have answered the 'Match Making Questions' (under the 'Match Making' tab in the menu) you will be able to view your matches on the 'Matches' page. Here you can see your matches; grouped by the percentage matched. You can also message the user from here as well as mark them as a 'Hot Lead'. This will add the user to your 'Hot Leads' table at the top of the page.




What is the 'Message Board'?


The 'Message Board' is a page where users can post updates, ask questions or get information from the event organiser.




I am having trouble loggin in.


You may not be able to login if the event has not yet started or the username or password you are using are incorrect. Please use the message function at the top of the page to send an message to the event organiser and they will be able to help.




Can I update my profile image and information?


Yes you can. If you go to the 'Profile' tab (under 'Profile') in the menu. Here you can update any image or information you wish.




I have missed a webinar, can I still watch it?


Yes you can. If you go to the 'Video' tab (under 'On Demand') in the menu you can find the webinar recordings here along with any Exhibitor's videos.




Can I view exhibitor's literature and files without visiting their stand?


Yes you can. The 'On Demand' tab in the menu has a drop down with the different options. On these pages you can view exhibitor's files and videos without visiting their stands.
